We have owned and managed the park since 1990 and have built a reputation for providing a quiet, country park environment that enables our lodge and caravan owners to really 'escape to the country' and relax in the peaceful surroundings.
We have made a conscious decision not to over develop the park. There is plenty of space between lodges, well above recognised park standards and requirements. Neither have we added bars, swimming pools or other amenities that would change the nature of the park.
Our priority is to create a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the South Devon countryside from the comfort of your own lodge, whilst being within easy reach of attractive local towns such as Ashburton, Totnes, Salcombe and Dartmouth, and nearby Dartmoor National Park.
